Commercial Mat Source wants our customers to be completely satisfied with their Waterhog mat purchase. We offer a 100% guarantee against manufacturer defect on all Waterhog mat orders.form. All Waterhog mat orders require a return authorization for any product being exchanged or returned. Please note that custom size mat products are non-returnable as they are made to your specific measurements and cannot be re-sold. The manufacturer will only replace a custom size mat(#2271) or custom size logo mat (#2268) if there is a manufacturer defect with the mat. Please contact us within 7 days of the acceptance of your Waterhog mat product if your intent is to return the item. The manufacturer must receive the Waterhog mat return within 30 days of your order delivery. Shipping costs associated with the return of the Waterhog mat product is the responsibility of the buyer unless the return is due to a manufacturer defect. A 20% restocking fee is charged by the manufacturer and will be deducted from your refund. Unfortunately, we cannot waive this fee as we are charged this by the manufacturer. Original shipping charges paid by Commercial Mat Source will be deducted from any refund given unless the return is due to a manufacturer defect. Paypal fees will be deducted from your refund as PayPal does not refund those fees to us, the seller.
