No, the measurements listed are approximate measurements. Due to the manufacturing process of Waterhog mats, there is shrinkage. Shrinkage is 1 - 3% of the mat size depending on the size of the mat. This is standard throughout the mat manufacturing industry for industrial strength mats. If you need an exact mat size, please select from the Roll Good selection as these mats are physically cut down to size. Waterhog Roll Goods are available in Eco Berber and Eco Elite. They can be made in any width or length up to 12' wide and 50' in length. They are also available with or without the black vinyl edging.
Do Waterhog mat orders really ship for FREE?
Yes, all Waterhog mat orders ship for FREE within the contiguous 48 states on all orders that total $100 or more. Waterhog mat orders less than $100, do incur a $12.95 shipping charge. The free shipping offer is not applicable to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, military APO and FPO addresses or international addresses. Shipping charges for Waterhog mats outside the contiguous 48 states will be invoiced to the buyer at the actual charge to ship the order.
What is the difference between the Waterhog "Classic" and Waterhog "Fashion" mat?
Very simple answer to the very most commonly asked question! Quite simply - any mat with "Classic" in the name of the mat means it has a "Classic" border or a black rubber border. Any Mat with a "Fashion" in the mat name, means it has a "Fashion" border or a fabric border that matches the mat color.
Is there any difference in wear between the Waterhog "Classic" and Waterhog "Fashion" mat?
And the second most commonly asked question, is there any difference in wear between the "Classic" black rubber border and the "Fashion" matching fabric border? No, both are incredibly durable are will not crack or curl. I always recommend that if the mat is being placed outside, to choose the "Classic" rubber border for a more aesthetically commercial look. And; for the same reason, I prefer the "Fashion" or matching fabric border for mats being placed inside as it gives a more elegant and professional appearance.
How long until my Waterhog mat order is shipped?
All Waterhog mat orders are manufactured to order. Once your Waterhog mat order is received, it is placed with the manufacturer on the same business day. Standard Waterhog mat orders (non-logo) typically take 5 business days to manufacture. Logo Waterhog mats take approximately 8 business days for production once the logo artwork is approved. Waterhog mat orders are shipped by UPS or FedEx ground service. Large or bulk orders are shipped by ground service through the most economical carrier. We ask that you allow 2 - 6 business days for ground delivery of your Waterhog mat order. This shipping time frame is dependent on the address we are delivering your order to. All orders ship from the manufacturer in Dalton, Georgia. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email from Waterhog Mats (commercialmatsource@yahoo.com) with the carrier name, tracking number and expected delivery date for your Water Hog mat purchase.
How should my Waterhog mat be cleaned?
There are several ways to clean your Waterhog mat:
1. For dry debris, shake the Water Hog mat outside and vacuum on the lowest setting.
2. For soiled Water Hog mats, use a regular hose to spray the Water Hog mat off and then hang to dry thoroughly.
3. For heavily soiled Water Hog mats, an extraction machine may be used. Hang to dry.
4. For salt, dirt and soiled Water Hog mats, a pressure washer on a low/medium setting works great. Hang to dry.
