To Place an Order:
1. Attach your vector-based or image high resolution logo file to an email and send to: commercialmatsource@yahoo.com
2. List the format desired: Horizontal or Vertical
3. Identify your background color from the color choices listed above
4. Identify your logo colors from the color choices listed above
5. Include the quantity of mats desired
6. Choose your backing choice (smooth for hard floors and cleated for carpeted floors)
Acceptable vector-based files are: AI, EPS, PDF, CDR, SVG
Acceptable image-based files are: TIFF (600 EPI/PPI), JPG (600 EPI/PPI), PNG (600 EPI/PPI)
Your proof will be emailed back to you typically within 2 business days.
Once your proof arrives by email, you will approve or make any necessary changes.
Once approved, your logo mat(s) are sent to production (which typically take 5 business days)
Finished logo mat(s) are shipped via ground service.
An invoice for payment will be sent to your email address by Paypal
*Please note that sizes are not always exact measurements. Due to the manufacturing process, shrinkage will occur.
The shrinkage may be 1 - 3% depending on the size of the mat ordered. If you need an exact mat size, please order from the Waterhog Roll Good selection as these mats are cut to size.
Mat shrinkage is standard throughout the mat manufacturing industry for industrial strength mats.
*Original shipping charges paid by Commercial Mat Source and return postage fees are the responsibility of the consumer.
